We're getting very excited for the annual picnic coming up this Sunday from 4-7pm! We've been working very hard behind the scenes to make this event fun and safe for everyone. With that in mind, here are some details to know:
Please consider walking or biking to the event, as parking is limited in the area.
Raffle: Bring cash, check, or prepare to use Venmo to purchase raffle tickets. Raffle ticket prices: 5 tickets for $5, 12 tickets for $10, 20 tickets for $25.
Potluck Picnic: If bringing a dish to share, make sure it is not time- or temperature-constrained, i.e., it will not spoil sitting out for an hour or two. Additionally, per our Health Dept Permit, only those who bring something to contribute to the potluck are able to consume other potluck dishes.
Dessert Contest: Similar to the potluck , please make sure your dessert will not spoil sitting out for an hour or two.
Neighborhood Dues: We would love for you to join and support our Neighborhood Association so that we can continue hosting fun events like this! Annual dues are $5/individual, $10/family. Cash or check.
We cannot wait for a fun afternoon with all of our neighbors!
