This peaceful countryside day retreat will help you to slow down and re-evaluate life, lower blood pressure and heart rate and take you back into the para-sympathetic nervous system, the state of rest and digest. You will take yourself on an inner journey to self reflect and plan for a healthier future.
You will have plenty of time to lay back and listen to and be guided by your universal being as you reflect in this day of silence. Beginning with a yoga/chi kung class and cruise through the day with a combination of sitting, walking , and laying meditations, breaking silence at the end of the day with a sound bowl journey.
A light lunch will be provided as well as herbal teas.
