Lauren has spent the past 20 years deep diving into spirituality through a mystery school, travelling to India to visit Gurus and working alongside a Shaman to facilitate corporate leadership retreats.
As an Intutitive Energy Healer and Alchemist her unique skills allow her to break down spiritual concepts into simple and grounded programs that help others to unlock their own inner wisdom.

Maree is a facilitator for change within the client’s journey. A Holistic Counsellor and Life Coach for 20 years, her extensive wealth of knowledge brings a unique brand of wisdom and compassion to support people to move through difficult times and transform their lives for the better. Working with Maree you will learn powerful tools and techniques to support you through difficult situations and become resourceful and gain reliance.
Using such modalities as EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy, you will feel supported in a nurturing environment to create the subtle changes needed to enjoy a better life through a more empowered and authentic sense of self.
Maree is also a Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, having studied under the world renowned Tibetan Master, Sogyal Rinpoche (The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying). She has also practiced for many years in India with numerous meditation teachers. Bringing these incredible and life changing practices to the session, allows receptivity to change through the relaxation and awareness process.
