The Jacks Ridge MTB Park summer series is a 3 race cross country series hosted by the Nambucca Valley Mountain Bike Club at Jacks Ridge Mountain Bike Park in the Nambucca State Forest, Nambucca NSW.
Race dates as follows:
Round one - Sunday 16 Nov 2025
Round two - Sunday 14 December 2025
Rouncd three - Sunday 11 January 2026
Race format:
Each round is held on a race loop of 5 - 6km length, with a race duration of 2 hours. Riders start their last lap before cut off at 11.15am (approx).
* Solo riders aged 11 and 12 years may enter the main event, but may race for one hour only.
* Riders in the team category compete 'relay style' with each rider taking turns to complete a lap then tagging the other. Riders must be at least 11 yrs of age to compete in a team.
*Super juniors will start earlier than the main event, and compete on a one km loop for 15 minutes. There is no cost to enter however a free trial, race level membership or event day license is required.
* $20 per solo adult solo rider (19 years+) or $10 per team member (19 years+). Riders aged 11 - 18 years are half price, with junior discount automatically applied based on the age in your EntryBoss Profile as at 31 Dec 2025.
As with the past two years, points will accumulate for each round, and we will hold formal series presentations at the final round. We're also giving away $200 to one lucky rider - for each race you enter, you get one ticket in the final lucky draw (no need to be there to claim your prize as we'll organise to get it to you). There'll also be random rider prize draws at each round.
Cancellations - the race will be cancelled or postponed if its clearly unsafe to ride due to wet weather, or extreme winds/heat/fire danger. We will make this decision by 9pm on the Friday before each event, or if it's unclear, by 2pm the day before the event. A full refund will be offered for those unable to attend the re-scheduled date.
