Why create your own Mala?
Using a Mala to chant a mantra or prayer creates a vibration in the body which resonates and harmonises the cellular structure of the body. The sacred words of the mantra gently focus the mind, slowly dropping all thoughts until only stillness remains.
Mantra is one of the fastest ways to drop into a deep no-mind meditative state, great to calm anxiety, control monkey mind, raise your inner vibration and reach a state of bliss.
On completion of your mala with Lauren Cass will guide you through a sound bath to set intentions & activate your mala.
