Come join us at Beyond Yoga for a special Prenatal friendly Bodyweight Barre Class designed to keep you feeling strong and healthy during your pregnancy and beyond. This in-person event is perfect for expecting mamas looking to stay active and connect with other moms-to-be, or anyone looking to reap the benefits of a full body workout. Our experienced instructor, Adrienne, will guide you through a low-impact workout that focuses on toning and strengthening your body in a safe and gentle way. No previous barre experience required! So grab your mat and water bottle, and get ready to feel the burn in all the right places.
