We have liftoff … let’s meet up! 29 June @ the basketball court off Vandenberg in RV at 11 am. I want to meet you and help you with your curiosities, goals, frustrations, and excitement!

If you’re looking to meet others who are working on their movement and strength, let’s go! I will bring weights and implements and we can connect and learn together.

I am a NASM certified CPT with lots of experience across the board. I power lift and compete in Strongman style events. These meetups are free and I’m not gonna try and sell you training. I just want to share my knowledge and hang out and get stronger together.
