About this EventJoin us for a FREE vibrant and inclusive celebration of the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of Latinx communities that is open and accessible to the public!This will be an opportunity to engage authentic Latinx music and class and an opportunity for community members to come together in harmony and excitement to experience various music genre spanning multiple countries and Hispanic cultures. The variety of dances’ learned and the share experiences has the purpose to strengthen local community with inspiration to support the Spanish communities between families, entrepreneurs and local businesses.PurposeThe purpose of the Multicultural Latinx Celebration and Dance Class in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month . This event is a free, accessible community celebration aims to unite diverse Spanish cultures while providing a platform for local businesses to connect with families, entrepreneurs, and community members. The event creates a welcoming space for cultural exchange, business networking, and community building through authentic music, dance, food, and shared experiences.

- The event will be located in ZONE 3]which includes the Int’l Shelters 1-3, Int’l Lawn and Int’l Plaza which are clearly labeled on the attached park maps. Please see map for more information.
- Setup will be from 8-9am PST
- Exhibitors must provide their own tables cloth, giveaways, prizes, materials, etc.
- Food must be premade or dropped off.
- Maximum Space is 10 by 10
- Breakdown will be from 1:30-2:00
Business Vendor Booth FAQ?s:- What is the space size? To make space for everyone, vendors must restrict their event displays, supplies & activities to a 10 foot by 10 section
- Will spaces be pre-assigned or first-come, first-served? First come first serve. BizDiversity reserves theright to move vendors as needed
- Will electricity or Wi-Fi be provided? Yes. No Wi-Fi will be provided beyond what's available at the park
- Can I sell or giveaway pre-prepared snacks / food samples at the event? All registered vendors are responsible for their own King County Health Department permittingYes, all approved licensed/registered business vendors can sell merchandise at the event.
- Please bring your own payment processing equipment, portable chargers and mobile hot spot if needed.
- How many attendees are expected to come to this event? It's hard to estimate, but we are hoping for LOTS! Please help us promote this fun, free, community celebration by inviting your friends, neighbors, family and co-workers.
