Yin Yoga - Explore the Chakras

This gentle stretch series is designed to empower you to experience your energetic body. Each week we will explore one of the 7 essential chakras. It can help you understand what they represent for you and what it feels like when you’re experiencing either a lack or an excess around a particular area in life. It is an opportunity to learn about yourself and to explore questions related to essential life themes.

When: Tuesdays -- January 6th to January 27th

Time: 10:45am – 11:45am

Personal Investment: $72 + hst for the series (4 classes total)

* drop in classes may be available beginning the 2nd week at $23 + hst per class
