5:30 pm - arrival (the performance begins as you enter the space, please arrive as close to 5:30 pm as possible)
MENU:
Starter: Smoked Pear Salad - Baby bib & frisee lettuce, blue cheese, pomegranate, smoked pears, candied pumpkin seeds, red onion served with a dragon fruit. vinaigrette. (Gluten-free and vegetarian, can be made vegan)
Main: Skillet Chicken Gnocchi - Chicken supreme, brown butter gnocchi, spinach, cherry tomatoes, parmesan.

Dessert: Smashed Tiramisu - Coffee & rum-infused lady finger cookie crumbs, vanilla mascarpone, cocoa powder.
