Solstice Ceremony

The winter solstice is the shortest day and the longest night of the year and is a seasonal transition has been celebrated for millennia by mankind, marking the return of longer days.

Feasting, bonfires and the yule log are all traditional elements of solstice as are setting acts of intention- setting goals for the new year.

We are honored today to be joined by Bella Shea of Covenstead, who will lead a ceremony to celebrate the solstice. All are welcome.
