About the event

Pound Fit

Find your inner rockstar at 2 different Pound Fit Classes. Monday evenings and Tuesday's from12:10-12:50pm with our Pound Fit Class. This is a rock out workout that brings the party to your workout. Combining cardio and strength training you will drum up a sweat using our lightly weighted Ripstix! You will walk away from this class pumped up and smiling!
Who is ready to ROCK?

Classes will be offered at Zwick's Park every second Monday. We loan you the Ripstix, you bring a yoga mat and water.
