New Moon Restorative and Sound

Join Certified Yoga Practitioner AnnMarie and Certified Meditation Coach Stef Bourke for a gentle two-hour restorative practice enhanced by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Restorative yoga invites the body back into its parasympathetic state, the place of rest, healing, and natural balance. Supported by props and stillness, this practice offers a space to soften, slow down, and listen inward.

Throughout the session, the sounds of the crystal bowls will weave through the experience, their frequencies moving through the body’s tissues and energy system to enhance deep relaxation and subtle recalibration. The harmonics help quiet the mind, ease the nervous system, and create the perfect environment for intention-setting during this new moon cycle.

This is a quiet, reflective afternoon designed to help you reset, restore, and attune to your own truth.
