Step into a sacred space of deep relaxation, sound healing, and self-discovery during this Meditative Sound Journey and Guided Meditation. Thoughtfully aligned with the cosmic energies of the moment, this evening offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, calm the mind, and restore balance to body and spirit.
As the Sun moves through the final degrees of Leo, the energy supports confidence, creativity, and heart-centered truth, encouraging us all to shine authentically. With Mercury freshly direct after its recent retrograde, mental clarity begins to return, making this an ideal time to reflect, realign, and move forward with purpose.
Through guided meditation and a rich soundscape, including gong, chakra-balancing singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments. You’ll be gently led into a deeply meditative state. The healing frequencies are designed to ease tension, clear energetic blockages, and open space for insight and renewal.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned meditator, all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary, just bring an open mind, a willing heart, and whatever supports your comfort.

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Optional: eye mask, cushion, blanket, or anything else that helps you relax

However, this event is not recommended for children under the age of 12 due to the extended stillness and deep meditative nature of the session.
