Bring A Friend Practices:
⭐ U12: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. (born between 2013 to 2018)
⭐ U16: 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. (born between 2009 to 2014)
Friends are invited to join our athletes during team practices! No cheer, gymnastics or dance experience is needed.
There’s no fee for friends to join, but they must have a waiver form on file before stepping on the mats.

Please wear comfortable active clothes, clean indoor shoes, long hair tied up, and no jewelry. You should also bring a labelled water bottle.
Not friends with a Pegasus athlete yet? That's ok! You're still welcome to attend.

Pre-Competitive Team Details:
- Fall Session: September to January 26th
- Ages: U12 (ages 8 to 12) and U16 (ages 12 to 16)
- Receive a performance uniform and bow
- Attend one competition and one local showcase
- No experience or minimum skills are required to join these teams
