As summer winds down and routines shift, Ease Into September offers a space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner calm. This 5-week Monday evening slow flow yoga series is designed to gently ease you back into mindful movement, helping you ground yourself and return to presence.
Each class offers a steady-paced, accessible flow that builds strength, flexibility, and awareness through breath-led movement. It’s an ideal after-work practice to clear your head, release tension, and set the tone for a more peaceful evening.
Perfect for all levels, including beginners, this series is especially supportive if you’re craving a slower, more intentional pace as you transition into the new season.

Carrie Schaefer
Carrie’s soothing voice and relaxed energy guide clients into a state of inner calm, helping them tap into their inner wisdom. As a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, she specializes in slow flow, restorative, and yin classes, encouraging deep self-connection and positive change through personal exploration.
