Family friendly.We start with a guided support circle—a safe, judgment-free space to check in, listen, and be heard. No pressure to speak, no fixing, no preaching. Just real humans showing up as they are.After the hour, we shift into Play It Out: an open, collaborative music session where instruments come out, ideas flow, and whatever you’re carrying gets expressed through sound. No skill level required.
