About Robyn:
As a professional classical musician, I have been well-acquainted with stress, overwhelm and pushing through things for as long as I can remember.
After years of treating my body like it was an adversary to overcome, I finally gave up and decided to work with it instead. I trained to become a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and now I help others befriend their bodies and nervous systems so they can do more of what matters to them.
