Vinyasa yoga, also known as "flow" yoga, is a popular style that links poses together in a flowing sequence that coordinates breath and movement. The term "vinyasa" refers to the smooth transition between poses, and the practice is said to date back to the Vedic age. Combined with Reiki, this class is challenging, yet relaxing and is a great addition to your mid week routine! Relax before or after with a latte or a hot cup of our maple water tea!
