Hi everyone. It's time again for another epic cruise.
Make sure you rock up with a full tank of fuel and your favourite cruising tunes. Andrew Wilson and I put together another dam run lol
We are heading west into the beautiful surroundings of Ipswich.
We are meeting at McDonald's Goodna for around 7.30 and looking at 8 o'clock departure.
From there, we head towards the Warrego where we cruise until we hit a little town of Marburg. At this point, drop the windows and enjoy this cooler weather and get ready to take in some beautiful countryside scenery with rolling hills and open space driving through townships that make you feel you have gone back in time. Passing through Glamorgan Vale, Fernvale, and on our way to our first stop the spillway at Wivenhoe Dam .
Check out the massive structure and gorge that controls these vast bodies of water. It's an awesome place for some great photos. Plenty of parking and a great place for some pics of our cars.
From there, we head through Coominya and eventually head towards our next stop. Atkinson Dam.
What a place kids can run around, toilets and enjoy a moment of taking in the glassy waters of the Dam and a chance to forget about the weekly headaches for a bit
Grab some photos and enjoy your surroundings.
Now heading towards Esk a great little town and through to our destination the Exchange hotel at Toogoolawah while driving through some picturesque scenery.
Great pub where we can enjoy some icy cold drinks and some great country Tucker.
We organised an undercover area at the back of the establishment where we can all sit together for a chin wag and enjoy the afternoon.
On your way home for those who are not in a rush, take a stop at the little shops in Esk, lots of treasures, iron works pottery and nic nacs really cool place to look around.
For those with cars that drink a lot, there are plenty of fuel stops along the way.

I would also recommend giving your cars a quick once over fluids oils tyres, etc because we will clock up a few kilometres and we want everyone safe and to have an amazing time.
