🌿🐾 Homebound Paws Working Bee! 🐾🌿
We’re calling on our amazing community to help us get the Homebound Paws space ready for all our furry friends! 💪✨
📅 When: Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st September
⏰ Starting: 9:00 AM each day
🛠️ Day 1 – Saturday
✔️ W**d removal & tip runs
✔️ Levelling the space
✔️ Adding fill to even out the ground
✔️ Starting turf placement
🛠️ Day 2 – Sunday
✔️ Laying the final turf
✔️ Shed building
✔️ Siliconing & finishing touches
✔️ Adding rocks & creating 2 distinct play areas
🌱 We’d also love help from anyone who knows how to make a mini garden bed alongside the shed for dog-friendly plants. (L193cm × W20cm × H40cm approx)
⛱️ If you know of or have a gazebo/cover we can add to the yard, please let us know too! (2m x 3m approx)
👉 Please bring along any tools (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, drills, gloves, etc.) if you have them.
👉 We’re looking for a trailer to help with dirt removal runs to the tip.
👉 We also need a car with 1-tonne towing capacity to pick up and drop off the digger.
🐶 Whether you can lend a hand for a few hours or the whole weekend, every bit of help counts! Bring your positive energy, a hat, sunscreen, and maybe even a mate or two—let’s make this a fun and productive weekend together.
