Free Community Yoga at Evelyn’s Park

Join me at Evelyn’s Park, on the lawn, as I guide the community through a free meditation and all-level yoga practice. Bring your yoga mat, water, yoga block (if needed in your practice) and towel. I look forward to practicing with you. I have a mat for you, if needed please message me. Please arrive early to allow time for sign in and introduction ❤️ 🙏🏼 ❤️
