About the event

Tim Ireland and Captain Ian Green Sunday Session
This Sunday 27th July at the RSL
1-4pm Free Entry

Tim Ireland & Captain Ian Green have been performing together for over a decade, blending folk, blues, and roots with a distinctly Australian storytelling flair. Their original songs sit alongside reimagined works from Tim’s ancestors—19th-century Goldfields poets Tam Rattray and Isa -bringing the voices of the past to life with guitar, harmonica, and ukulele.
From deep blues grooves to heartfelt ballads, their performances mix raw emotion with rich historical narrative. They also lead the All-Stars Choir, a live band program for people with disabilities, and bring that inclusive, community spirit to every show - creating an engaging and heartfelt experience for audiences.
