*New Workshop* Goodbye Winter, Hello Spring. Beginners Welcome

My name is Sonia, I am a Kulin/Scottish woman and author of Kulin Tales.

Come sit with me as I show you how to make your own Spring Tonic/Oxymel and Well-being tincture for the new season.

No experience is needed, so dont be nervous.

Ill show you how to blend Native and Western plants to benefit your health going into Spring. We will talk about the changes the country will see at this time as I share stories from my family.

You will take home your very own tonic and tincture that you will make with me on the day. Ill go into details about what plants work best for you and how to use them.

Light refreshments will be provided on the day.

Place : Selby Community House 1 Minak rd Selby ( enter off Charles st for easy access and parking)

Time : 10am-12pm.... Sunday 31st August 2025

Cost : $50.00 per person
