SCHEDULE
THURSDAY, August 14 - Afternoon arrival, welcome and rider briefing meeting (6 PM)
FRIDAY, August 15 - Dressage trial
SATURDAY, August 16 - EOH trial (maybe some Speed trials)
SUNDAY, August 17 - Speed Trial, Cattle Trial, Awards Ceremony
If you are coming from out of state, a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI, aka “health certificate”) and negative Coggins test is required

Per day indoor stall $45, outdoor stall $35 [includes cleaning and shavings!]
DRY camping (no water/no electric), generators are allowed.
No dogs allowed
ENTRY FEES
$250 for one show
$150 additional to add the second show (if spots are available)
$100 for each Cattle Trial on Sunday. *cattle fees may change due to cattle costs
Under The Big Sky Buckle Series $25 nomination fee at the first show you compete at.
An invoice will be sent and must be paid in full by August 8, 2025.
Because of the need to pay in full for the facility and Judge expenses, regardless of weather or medical considerations, no refunds can be issued for this event.
Rules
This show will be run in accordance with the U.S. Rules for Working Equitation.
Competitors must be members of USAWE in good standing. Non-members can participate, but will not be eligible for ribbons/prizes/points.
