Physical Fitness in the Park with Lone Peak Therapy! Screenings, challenges, Ask a PT, and more

Join us for Fitness in the Park with Lone Peak Physical Therapy on the afternoon of Thursday, June 26! PTs will be on hand to answer questions and address your challenges.

Have a specific ache or pain? Get a personalized stretch just for you! There will be also screenings and challenges for balance, mobility, and longevity. Participants will have the opportunity to earn a fitness themed prize!

This is an all-ages event, and everyone is welcome. Drop in anytime between 2:30-6PM in the library’s Community Room. We will stretch out into the park as weather permits.
