The Goonies

From the imagination of Steven Spielberg, The Goonies plunges a group of friends into a swashbuckling, surprise-around-every-corner quest to save their homes. 40 years on, Goonies never say die!

With golf course developers threatening to displace an entire neighbourhood, The Goonies set out to find hidden treasure in the hopes that they can buy off the construction. They find the map to “One-Eyed” Willy’s hidden pirate fortune but, unfortunately, it’s housed in a cavern underneath the evil thief Mama Fratelli and her sons. Traps, pirate ships, and danger awaits!

Beloved by many, this genre-blending action film mixes thrills, scares and coming-of-age to great effect.
