Temple of the Wise Woman

This group gathering is intended for those of us experiencing (or will experience or have experienced) perimenopause or menopause. We will share practices to help us with our menopausal journey - breathwork, gentle yoga, meditation, rituals, ceremonies, chats and tea. We are coming together to support each other, to reawaken our power, our beauty and to let this world know that as older women we are not invisible, but wise and wonderful.
