This Sound Healing Journey offers participants an opportunity to reconnect within and experience this sacred soundscape. Since 2010, I have had the honor to share this sacred heart based healing work, which has evolved into an integrated multi instrumental and natural object full immersion. Each unique session may be used for personal healing, meditation, journeying, deep rest or intentional focus. Participants will be lying down with eyes closed or sitting comfortably during this one hour offering. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available at the studio, but you may also bring your own items for additional comfort. I do recommend bringing an eye pillow or covering to support an inward focus.
