Join us for a calming and creative evening designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. At Soulful Sundays, you’ll craft your own soothing candles, flow through a gentle and rejuvenating yoga session, and set heartfelt intentions for peace and harmony—both within yourself and the world around you.

What to Expect:

• Learn about the unique properties of our clean, natural wax blends — beeswax & coconut or soy wax & coconut — and create a meaningful candle or wax melts to take home.
• Choose from beautifully curated aromatherapy blends like Cozy Autumnal, Grounding, Floral, or Fresh, or mix your own to inspire your mood.
• Personalize your creation with wicks, nature-inspired stickers, and dried botanicals for a truly unique touch.
• Flow through moon salutations, gentle twists, and calming breathwork to support detox, reflection, and renewal.
• Open your hips and heart space to cultivate compassion and inner calm during the yoga practice.
• Close with grounding pranayama and meditation to anchor peace within and send loving-kindness to the world.
• Enjoy tea or cacao as your creations set, while sharing a peaceful chat in community.
