Intro to Rock Climbing

EVER THOUGHT ABOUT ROCK CLIMBING?

This form of "active meditation" is the perfect way to hone the body and the mind, a calming and highly rewarding nature activity that will have you hooked from the first time you try it. And its the world's newest olympic sport too!

An "open to the public" style one day climbing course. Great for a complete beginner or a person who climbs indoors and wants to try it outdoors for the first time.


Have you ever been hiking and looked up at the cliffs you pass with wonder? "What if I could be up there?" Well here's your chance, on this intro day we'll get you straight to it, with a quick intro to the equipment and climbing systems, then get as much climbing in as the day allows.

ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE QUALIFIED ROCK CLINBING INSTRUCTORS WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, WHO WILL SAFELY INSTRUCT YOU ON AND GUIDE YOU AT YOUR PACE, SO THAT THE DAY IS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CHALLENGING FOR YOUR SKILLSET. YOU WILL BE HOOKED FROM THE MOMENT YOU START!
