On arrival, you will be welcomed with a signature Ninth Wave Irish Gin cocktail, and have the perfect opportunity to experience the newly renovated bar and restaurant.

Once seated, you'll enjoy a specially curated three-course tasting menu, expertly paired with three neat Hinch whiskies.

The evening will be hosted by Hinch Brand Ambassador Terry McCartan and Char+Mash Head Chef Tony Liddell, former personal chef to legendary artists including Elton John, The Rolling Stones, and AC/DC.

Second Pairing: Steak + Frites (cooked pink or well done) with Bearnaise Sauce + Peated Single Malt - Bourbon, Madeira & Oloroso (43%)

Third Pairing: Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding with a banana butterscotch sauce + Warehouse 3 Collection - Port Pipe (59.6%)

Vegan / Vegetarian

First Pairing: Vegan Gyozas (Pan Steamed with ginger, Ponzu Dressing) Pickled Chilli and Spring Onion + Single Malt - Bourbon & Oloroso (43%)

Second Pairing: Vegan Katsu Burger (Plant Based Burger with aromatic spiced onions, Katsu curry vegan mayo and fries + Bourbon, Madeira & Oloroso (43%)

Third Pairing: Vegan Belgium Chocolate and Orange Marquise with Vegan Marmalade Plant based cream + Warehouse 3 Collection - Port Pipe (59.6%)
