Free Creative Self Care Meet Up

We run free Creative Self-Care Workshops every Tuesday, open to all and designed to support mental wellbeing through hands-on, accessible crafts. Each week features a different creative theme—from printmaking to embroidery to gardening—encouraging people to try new skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The focus is on connection, creativity, and friendship, helping to build a sense of community and belonging through shared experiences. These are usually based in our Community garden on the Grosvenor road however if the weather isn't permitting we will move it to the Kitsch Sisters Studio (we will email you if this is the case). This will be a free candle making workshop.
