Full Moon Yoga, Sea Dip & Fire Pit

Join us on the mat, in the sea, under the stars.

Gathering together for Moonrise Vinyasa Yoga under the changing skies (Full (Flower)Moon), on Monday 12 May 2025 @ 8pm - followed by a gorgeous shimmering sea dip & warming up by the fire pit afterwards, with hot cacao, marshmallows and social chats.

This feel good session focuses on you as we flow through various warming, strength, balance & flexibility poses. All whilst watching the changing skies beside the sea, as the sun sets & the Flower moon rises.

After yoga, together we can take a salty ocean dip in the shimmering moonlit sea, the fire will already be crackling so we can reheat around the fire pit to share hot vegan cacao, marshmallows - perfect for toasting and chatting.

Looking forward to seeing your gorgeous souls.

Please bring your mat & water for yoga, along with your swimwear & towel for the dip with cosy clothes for afterwards.

Hot cacao and marshmallows provided, please feel free to bring any other drinks or snacks.
