Welcome to the West Belfast Small Business Roundtable with Tina McKenzie! Join us at Cultúrlann McAdam Ó Fiaich in the heart of West Belfast for the sixht in our series of informal breakfast gatherings. Our guests are either founders of companies or involved in growing businesses. We limit attendance to just 14 to ensure everyone has a real chance to engage with our guest speaker.

Our April speaker is Tina McKenzie MBE. After graduating from Ulster University, Tina went on to pursue a successful international recruitment career, giving her over 30 years’ experience in the Recruitment and Employment Services sector and a wealth of entrepreneurial experience. After returning to the North of Ireland in 2013, she established Staffline Recruitment as a start-up throughout Ireland; taking the company from a standing start to a dominant market leader with a turnover of £150 million within 5 years.

Tina, a native of West Belfast, is the serving Honorary Consul to Finland in Northern Ireland. Tina currently Chairs the Policy and Advocacy Board of the Federation of Small Businesses.
