Free Creative Self Care Tuesday Meet Up

We run free Creative Self-Care Workshops every Tuesday, open to all and designed to support mental wellbeing through hands-on, accessible crafts. Each week features a different creative theme—from printmaking to embroidery to gardening—encouraging people to try new skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The focus is on connection, creativity, and friendship, helping to build a sense of community and belonging through shared experiences.
