Curry Masterclass

It’s a rich, flavourful tradition with endless variations. In our Curry Masterclass, you’ll explore the unique spices and ingredients that define curries from India, Thailand, and Japan. Our expert chefs will guide you in selecting and using the right herbs and spices, as well as crafting delicious curries, perfect rice, and a variety of side dishes and dipping sauces. Perfect for curry enthusiasts, this hands-on experience will deepen your understanding and skills in making authentic, flavourful curries.

During the session, you will be making:

Japanese chickpea curry
Thai green curry
Madras beef curry
Lentil dahl
Potato Saag Aloo
