Cupid's Valentine's Class

Join us our Valentine’s cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare a delicious, thoughtfully designed menu in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Cook together, pick up new skills, and enjoy the process of creating a meal meant to be shared. With guidance from our chef, you’ll turn fresh ingredients into a memorable dinner and leave with recipes—and memories—you can recreate at home. Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone who loves good food and good company!

In this class you'll learn to make-
-Seared Scallops with vanilla cauliflower puree, lemon brown butter, chives and roasted hazelnuts
-Pan roast organic chicken breast in a champagne and tarragon sauce with crisp potato pavé & buttered tenderstem
-White chocolate & passionfruit mousse with shortbread crumble & nasturtium garnish

Glass of bubbles on arrival also included
