Being Zen Yoga

Yoga for Every Body: Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes for everyone of all ages and all abilities every Tuesday evening all year round at 7pm until 8pm in Castle Park Leisure Centre Lisnaskea County Fermanagh Northern Ireland. Complete beginners are very welcome as well as more experienced seasoned yogis! Being Zen Yoga especially encourages those who have never tried yoga previously to come along and give it a go; yoga is a lifelong journey that supports us physically mentally emotionally and spiritually if we only allow it. These classes focus on stretching and strengthening the body teaching alignment and building confidence so that participants become increasingly able to practise yoga in their own time. These classes also aim to relax your body and mind slowing you down and encouraging you to pay full attention to your body and breath enabling you to leave your worries at the door and to be fully present in the moment and to fully inhabit your body and gather your scattered energy and attention. They will also introduce breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Classes run all year round in the Balfour Room at Castle Park Leisure Centre in Lisnaskea except for during school holidays. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat if you have one otherwise limited mats are available to borrow at the venue. If you want to get cosy and comfortable during the relaxation (savasana) at the close of class please bring a blanket and cushion as well as warm socks! Classes are £8 PAYG.
