Baby Yoga In Studio / Zoom Tuesday Class

Enjoy Baby Yoga classes at Abhyasa Yoga.
A wonderfully uplifting and relaxing hour to soothe and have fun with your baby. Connect with other mums and dads who are also going through the same experience.

A fun and lively class which provides an opportunity for you to regain core strength and flexibility whilst also bonding with your baby in an enjoyable way.

Babies welcome from 6/8weeks to pre-crawlers.
