Artist Showcase: Jossiepops, Emilie in Belfast & The Lightning Shack

Swing by On the Square Emporium on Saturday 2 August, 1 pm – 4 pm, for an afternoon of art, chat and chilled vibes. Three of Northern Ireland’s most inventive makers are taking over the shop, unveiling fresh work and hanging out to answer all your questions. The collection will stay on display for a short pop‑up run—but the best pieces always disappear fast, so don’t miss your chance.

🌟 Jossiepops
Bold, nostalgia‑fuelled prints and originals that mash up cult movies, music legends and street‑art attitude. Expect lashings of 80s‑style graffiti and high‑quality limited editions straight from his Belfast studio.

🐙 Emilie in Belfast
“Ceramic bizarre beasts and objects” is Emilie’s calling card, and she’s bringing a pod of her much‑loved octopus jugs to life in the shop. Each hand‑sculpted tentacled vessel invites touch and sparks curiosity.

⚡ The Lightning Shack
Handmade. High voltage. Dean Rogan literally captures lightning in wood, zapping slabs with 4,000 volts to burn branching Lichtenberg patterns before turning them into wall art and one‑of‑a‑kind tables.
