About the event

Meditation Circle
The evening begins with a light discussion to ensure understands the (lack of) goals. Then I will guide participants through body activations to help prepare the body and mind for rest-and-relax. Next, the group will explore a live cauldron of meditation. Finally, we close the circle with tea and discussion.
