The Green Line Walking Tour aims to tackle the political, 19th century forward historical, architectural, artistic and urban layers of the city Beirut through the physical intervals. We will be walking parts of the demarcation line Damascus Street all the way down to Downtown Beirit, that used to divide the city Beirut for 15 years, while visiting both the Western and Eastern sides of this accumulated city...
To serve those topics justice, the tour itineraries include visiting abandoned houses and mansions, artistic and political memorials, graveyards, residential neighborhoods, and public spaces.
