Meet the wonderful people from our local Bemboka Brigade and their vehicles and get your bushfire plan organised early. Spring is upon us and that means we're all thinking about preparing our properties, homes and families for bushfires. Our amazing local volunteers are here to help and this is an opportunity for all of us to learn more about making our own space more fire safe and maybe we can even help our family, friends and neighbours.
Community talk by Ryan at 11am:

PLUS

- Have a close look at our local RFS trucks
- Get some goodies for the kids
- Celebrate the people who volunteer to keep us and our property safe

Tai Chi Qigong session by Claudia
Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art. It includes gentle movements, postures and breathing techniques.
We will start with gentle warm up stretches and then run through a set of 18 movements. Each movement is repeated a number of times which makes it easy to follow. The exercises can be practiced standing or seated.
Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
