Disaster events like bushfires and other emergencies can be unpredictable so being prepared can make a significant difference in how we cope and protect our families. Join us as we share share information and practical ideas on caring for babies and toddlers during emergencies. Please know we are an inclusive group and will have resources available for formula fed babies also. These resources have been developed based on research from those impacted by the Eurobodalla and Bega Valley black summer bushfires.
Breastfeeding counsellor Emilie can also provide breastfeeding counselling support if you need.
Getting to The Side Pocket: The Side Pocket is located behind 32 Church St in Bega. Walk down the lane way and come up to the big balcony.
What to expect:

Breastfeeding support from our experienced breastfeeding counsellor
Bring a friend, big kids, partners, grandparents welcome
All welcome no matter where you are in your parenting and feeding journey. You are welcome in our group no matter how you feed your baby!
