🟣Sound Bath Event with Gong Immersion at Fraser Hall in Cowan Bridge - £16 pp 🟣
These Sound Baths are a creation of sound frequencies and vibrations from gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, and more, offered to gently support the mind and body in finding balance, harmony, and deep relaxation. All are welcome to come and unwind, relax, and restore.
Take some well-deserved time out from the busyness of life to release stress and tension, soothe your soul, calm your mind, and gently energise your body, all while you simply rest and enjoy the therapeutic sounds from a wide range of healing instruments that will take you on a blissful journey.
Sound baths may support:

• A sense of spiritual connection and balance
• Enhanced rest, digestion, and internal rhythm
• Relief of muscular tension and general discomfort
• Emotional release and energetic clearing
• Reduction in stress and feelings of anxiety
• Balance and harmony in the body’s energy field
• Improved sleep, mood, and overall vitality
• Greater clarity, focus, and spaciousness of mind
Every person experiences sound differently, sessions are offered as invitations to return to your natural state of balance and inner connection.
Please note the change in location. These Sound Bath sessions were usually held at the Lunsdale Hall in Kirkby Lonsdale but due to heating issues I’ve had to find another venue. Sessions will be held now at the Fraser Hall in Cowan Bridge which is a lovely space. It has been newly renovated with a new heating system and it also has parking. It is only two miles away down the A65 towards Ingleton from Kirkby Lonsdale.
🔴 Please arrive 15 minutes before starting time to get settled.
🔴 Doors open at 5:45pm and close promptly at 6pm starting time.
🔴 No entry possible once session has started.
No experience needed just come as you are, ware warm comfortable clothing and please bring a blanket and a cushion plus anything else you feel you may need to make your self cosy and comfortable. During the winter months remember to rap up well and maybe bring a couple of blankets.
Thick foam mats will be provided for extra comfort for everyone. I still recommend bringing your own if you have one to put on top for even extra padding.
If you like you can bring an extra cushion or a blanket to role up and put under your knees especially if you have back problems and need extra support for your lower back.
If you have problems lying on the floor you are welcome to bring a fold up comfy chair to sit on.
If you feel you might fall asleep and are prone to snoring, I kindly ask that you please lie on your side if possible.
It is also a good idea to bring a bottle of water and best not to eat large meals or consume alcohol before hand.
Avoiding the use of strong perfumes or aftershaves would be much appreciated.
There is a Car Park at the venue and should this be full there is more parking available just two roads down at the Fitness Centre Car Park that is a one minute walk away.
Please read all event details and instructions plus the Refund Policy before booking to ensure the best experience possible.
Monthly Events are held at Frazer Hall in Cowan Bridge usually every 3rd or 4th Sunday of the month.
‼️ Please note:
Very occasionally, a sound played may be perceived as unpleasant or bring about a physical or emotional release. This is often part of the healing process and will usually shift and pass. However, should anything become too intense, please know that you are always welcome to leave the session at any time. It’s important to take care of yourself and do what feels right for you, as everyone is responsible for their own wellbeing.
Sound Baths are not recommended for those with sound-sensitive conditions such as labyrinthitis, Ménière’s disease, epilepsy or other seizure disorders, pacemakers, metal implants, recent surgery or medical procedures, severe mental or physical illness, or during the first and last trimesters of pregnancy, as certain sound frequencies and vibrations may trigger a reaction.
Sound therapy is a holistic practice and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition. All sessions are offered as complementary support for your well-being.
If you have any health conditions or concerns, or are unsure whether a SoundBath is suitable for you, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider before attending.‼️
