Arnside Ramble

We are meeting at 12.30pm (ready for a 1pm start) by the car park opposite the fish and chip shop at the end of the prom LA5 0HF. People can either park in that car park (is a bit “rough and ready”) or go to the other end of the prom where there are lots of parking spaces. The plan is to walk along the sands to the cafe where we can have refreshments and then wander back - ramble is flat and not too long but the sands can be a bit sticky to please wear walking boots or wellies!
