Kitchen Dancing - Soul, Disco & Pop Dance Fitness

Love music from the golden decades of the 60s to 80s, then you’ll love this dance-based fitness class where you can lose yourself in the music and in the retro disco setting! Motown, soul, pop and disco tunes are regular favourites on the playlist to fun, low-impact dance fitness routines.

All levels welcome and no previous dance experience necessary.

£6 per class or £5 per class with a Monthly Class Pass. Advance booking required.

Free car parking available onsite. Coloured lighting (not flashing) will in use throughout the class.
