Beeston Sound Bath

I am back at the beautiful hall at The Boat & Horses, Beeston Rylands!
3rd Wednesday of the month 8-9pm

Join me on the mat for a gentle hour of sound meditation as I guide you into dee relaxation and invite your body and soul to heal itself using soothing vibrations and frequencies of sounds via gongs, Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls, voice, drum, flute and more.

20 minutes of this is equivalent to 1 hour deep restful sleep. The sounds help guide the brain waves from beta (always processing) to theta (deep rest)

So please bring a yoga mat/camp mat or recliner, blanket & pillow and some water.

This pub is a lovely community space so don’t feel shy walking through it, they are used to it! There is yoga on with Lottie before 6.30pm - 8pm
