Details

All lifts and details will be released on July 16th. Lifters must submit their scores by August 3rd. They may also hide their scores until the deadline.
- 3 Weeks Long (July 16th-Aug 3rd)
- 3 Lifting Divisions
- All Competition Lifting will be entered in pounds using Wilks

Scoring
- Videos are requested with score submissions.
- No refunds but may transfer your spot to another athlete

FAQ
How is my score calculated?

We will take your submitted score for each lift and the score of your bonus workout to calculate your score with the following weighted scale:

Squat = 25% Bench = 25%, Deadlift = 25% Surprise Complex 15%
Bonus Fundraising Score = 10%
